Right to hire- In which you would work as a Health Edge employee for a pre-determined period typically 520 hours. At the end of this period the employer has the option to hire you as a full-time employee.

Long term contract- In this avenue you would be working as a Health Edge employee for a pre determined period. Typically filling a temporary need with a client, such as an employee's leave of absence, special projects or during a peak season.

Direct placement- In the event a client has an immediate need that they are unable to satisfy, we will place you directly on their payroll.
